Sales Intern

Paul Consulting Group, (PCG) an IT solutions provider in Tallahassee, Florida, is currently seeking candidates for a Sales Intern to become part of our PCG Learning Academy. This hourly, paid internship will learn how to create and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing excellent technical support. The successful candidate will be seeking experience with client relation and marketing concepts.

Duties

  • Provide customer technical support for Schedule2.IT (on-site if necessary)

  • Assist in sales of Schedule2.IT ("S2") and other products (email, telephone, site visits)

  • Assist S2 salesperson as needed

  • Create consistent and professional marketing materials for PCG and S2 products

  • Create and maintain social media accounts for PCG and Sapience

  • Assist other teams with improving client presentations

  • Assist other Product Owners with the creation of consistent, professional, customer-facing documents

Experience

  • B.S. Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or English (or close to graduation)

  • Customer relation skills

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Creativity with marketing materials

  • Desire and ability to learn modern technologies
